This was a great place to stay! It's a beautiful neighborhood. The street is very quiet and private, but you are also close to many great restaurants. It's a short distance to many sightseeing destinations. The place is just as nice as it appears in the photos. The kitchen/living room area is well equipped, with many inviting spaces to eat or relax. The beds are comfortable. The showers were great, very good water pressure throughout the house. It was also great to have a garage, especially in Philadelphia where parking can be difficult. We only spent a little time on the patio (it was near 90 degrees during our stay), but it was a good place to relax at sundown. No worries about the heat outside, the air-conditioning worked very well. The host was very accommodating and available for any questions. Staying here enhanced our visit.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! Quiet street with a very nice little park at the end. Very comfortable in terms of space - we had 7 in our group. We walked to Rittenhouse park which was closer than we originally thought. Also, went to the stadium area which was a quick uber ride. Loved our stay, we will be back.
