Perfect walking distance to restaurants, shops and local attractions. The pool table provided great evening entertainment. One note of caution: interior stairs can be slippery, so guests with mobility concerns should take extra care.

Nice peaceful location, about 10 mins walk from Rittenhouse square with a fish market and coffee shop a few steps away. The house is great and spacious enough for a family of 4-6. Couch is very comfortable and large picnic dining table on the second floor comfortably seats 6-8. The patio is a great serene private touch. Beds are fairly comfortable and the primary room has a beautiful on suite. Bathrooms are on the top and bottom floor so be prepared to climb stairs. The garage was big enough to snugly fit a large SUV. It lacked some basic amenities that I would have expected included in a rental of this price range, like no dish towels or additional blankets and pretty small bath towels. There were a few minor places hadn't been cleaned when we arrived like dirty dishes in the dishwasher, some garbage in the cans and litter around the patio but the bathrooms, floors and surfaces were thoroughly cleaned. Liam and Michael communicated very well before and during the stay.

The location was excellent, and the hosts were very responsive, accommodating two extension requests via the website. However, the stay fell short of expectations for the price. The house was not clean at check-in, with a few food crumbs on the living room carpet. When we requested a cleaning fee reimbursement, the hosts declined, citing a "late request" caused by third-party communication, which they were aware of, and claiming that "photos [of the crumbs] alone don’t justify a refund." While we can accept their decision (though we disagree), we were disappointed by the lack of accountability. Additionally, only four towels were provided for four guests, and kitchen towels were missing until requested. These limitations might be acceptable for budget accommodations, but not for a listing at this price point.

This place is in a great location! Walking distance to coffee shops, parks, restaurants, and bars. Family friendly neighborhood and very clean. Liam and Mike were great hosts, very responsive and welcoming! The apartment was very clean and comfy. Would recommend anyone staying here looking traveling to Philadelphia !

We enjoyed our second stay in this lovely townhome over Thanksgiving. Comfortable, spacious and easy to come and go. The location is great, not far from Rittenhouse Square and very walkable. The pool table, back garden and garage are nice extras.
