We loved the house. It is a full three stories that can comfortably sleep a group. We took full advantage of the kitchen and the back patio. The surrounding neighborhood of Fitler Square is very charming, and we all felt right at home immediately. We liked the area so much that we started browsing for nearby home listings!

This location is so perfect. It's in an adorable part of town that is super walkable and friendly. My group had such a fun time visiting Philadelphia and I think staying at Liam's place was a huge part of that. I would absolutely stay here again just for the neighborhood alone. The home was the perfect size for us and we got in extra cardio with those two flights of stairs! Liam was super helpful in answering all my questions and was a clear communicator which is huge with Airbnb rentals.

Place was comfortable and good location walking distance to Rittenhouse Square and Schuykill river walk. Hosts were responsive and helpful. It's 3 levels so be prepared for stairs. Mostly quiet neighborhood except for occasional street noise and dog barking, so bring earplugs if sleeping in front bedroom. Nice to have private garage for parking.

We loved our stay in Philly. Liam and Mike were very responsive to our questions and gave us great suggestions. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved the location and the peaceful surroundings and were still close enough to everything downtown. The house set up was perfect - we enjoyed the patio, the walkable neighborhood and the kids loved playing pool. Very clean and comfortable. Happy all around. Great place and hosts.

Liam's townhouse is a very comfortable, spacious and fun place to stay in central Philadelphia. It has modern interiors, a large well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and the garage, pool table and back garden are welcome extras. The neighborhood is super-walkable to restaurants and shops, a 20-minute drive from the airport and short drive to U Penn, South Philly, museums etc. Liam and Mike were communicative and helpful - wonderful hosts.
