Oh my gosh. This has gotta be the best airbnb I’ve stayed in. Cozy, beautiful, and pristine. Incredible view from the rooftop (definitely want to come back during the warmer months). Great hosts who communicated instructions and expectations clearly. Safe location and easy peasy check in. Definitely stay here if you’re in Philly!

This place was exactly what i needed. Close to good food and events. Responsive host who answered all of our questions. An amazing rooftop that helped us cap off the night.

My girlfriends and I booked this stay for our 30th birthday. The bedrooms could use some updating but the kitchen and living room were very nice and clean. The rooftops did not disappoint! The view of the city was amazing! My only complaint was the cleanliness of the Airbnb. The laundry closet was filled with dust and the downstairs bedroom closet was filled with crumbled laundry/linens in baskets. I didn’t hang my clothes up for that reason. Overall we had a good experience and would return if the cleanliness was improved.

The place is in a great location! Amazing restaurants within walking distance. The hosts had wonderful suggestions that were spot on! It would be difficult to have a car and have to deal with parking. There are many steep and awkward steps going up to place and out to the very cool patios and even to the bathrooms--that do not make the place accessible to all.

Liam and Mike were great, responsive hosts. The gem of this property is definitely the double decker roof deck, and the fact that is right off of Passyunk Square. Walking access to great bars, restaurants, and South Philly culture. My wife and I enjoyed the sunset and the sunrise from the top deck - the view of the city is definitely worth it - in and of itself. Also, it has a cool set up with the kitchen and living room on the third floor by access to the roof decks! Lastly, we had a small issue during our stay and Liam and Mike made it right without delay - stand up stellar customer service. I would highly recommend this gem in South Philly!
