Very sweet spot in a cool neighborhood. Lots of little shops and places to eat right around the corner. Everything else we need to do in Philly seemed to be only 15 minutes away. And the decks…superb. Comfy inside too with room for all of us. Catch it if you can.

This was a nice place to stay for an overnight group gathering of out-of-towners. We unfortunately were not able to enjoy the outdoor space due to rain, but the decks look like they would be really wonderful in nice weather. We enjoyed the neighborhood and had an amazing dinner at a great dim sum place just a few blocks away. Overall, it was great for our needs.

The house was beautiful. Amazing and breathtaking patio and deck space. Beautiful city view. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood! The house was clean and beautifully organized. Cons: no parking and too many steps. Would definitely stay there again!

Location, location, location! What a perfect spot right near lots of shops and restaurants. And you absolutely cannot beat the view from the rooftop! Although, just a heads up, there are three flights of stairs within the home. It wasn’t an issue for us, but might be for some. Although I suppose you need all those flights to get to that that excellent view.

Absolutely incredible location. Kind hosts, very communicative. Let me check in two hours early when my zoom call moved to an earlier time…if you understand the stress of that while traveling you’ll know how big of a help that was. Also, the multilevel rooftop was worth the price of admission alone. Book it and have fun!

This gem of a listing had some of the best views of the city. It was clean, charming, and updated. Great place to get together with some friends and appreciate the beauty of the city of brotherly love!
