Liam’s place was perfect for a short stay in philadelphia. The neighborhood was very cute and had so many bars/restaurants to try out. All the beds were comfortable and the rooftop deck really is such a great addition. It was clean and spacious.

I can not say enough about how responsive Liam was. we had parking concerns and he gave great recommendation. Home was ready to find access and enjoy. Very close to things, clean and the roof access was lovely. We needed a place to stay overnight for a concert at lincoln financial and this was the prefect spot!

Great location, close to many restaurants on Passyunk. The double roofdeck had amazing views of the city and offered a fun place to hangout with friends and family. Will definitely stay here again!

Liam was helpful and communicative and his place was a perfect spot for a night in Philly (plus an easy trip to the sports complex, for anyone attending a game or concert). Would love to come back again!

The stay here was fine, Liam was very communicative and responsive as we needed. The neighbourhood is great and having the ability to sit on the roof was a nice addition, although it might need some shade (if you’re sun adverse).
