If you're looking for space that is walkable to major attractions in the Old City, Chinatown, City Hall, Reading Market, you can do it from this very clean apartment. The host is very proactive and responsive. Note that you are in the city, so it is very loud with traffic potentially at all hours. Recommend getting good walking directions before you depart as there's a lot of congestion just south as you try to walk toward the Independence National Park area. Do your homework ahead of time for public transportation, you'll do a ton of walking if you don't. I wouldn't plan to do any major cooking. And note there really are minimal towels so if you have space, I would pack extra. For 4 nights, only one bath towel/one washcloth/one hand towels (no bathmat) provided per person, no kitchen towel. And plan for 3 floors to get up to the apartment and a set of stairs to get to the bedroom inside if you didn't pay attention to that in the listing.

Great place! And great location, and great timely communication from the host, would def stay again

Always a great spot to stay at when we are in the city. The parking is a great perk to this place, in addition to the convenience and security.
