perfect for a large group (7 people). plenty of space to hangout together along but also everyone had a private room. centrally located in philly. very responsive and professional host. would definitely stay again.

Very beautiful place with a fantastic view

Liam's place is exactly as described. The location is amazing. Liam communicated regularly including providing detailed photos of howe to find the entrance(can be a little tricky). The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The home was great with tons to do inside with the pool table, darts, and other games. It was very spacious and clean. Quiet enough and not super far away from restaurants and stores either.

Hosts were very responsive. Home was perfect for college roommate reunion!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We look forward to our next visit.

Very nice and clean, matched the photos and wasn’t too far from a lot of things. It’s off of a busy street so the traffic can get loud. But overall I really enjoyed my stay and will consider rebooking on my next visit.

This cabin matched the photos and description perfectly. It's a wonderfully private spot, spotless, and stocked with all the essentials plus thoughtful extras. The host was communicative and quick to respond from start to finish, which made everything easy. Check-in to check-out was completely seamless. We would absolutely book this place again.

The house was awesome! Very clean, perfect setup for our group. Excellent location. Parking is tight, like most of Philadelphia, so be prepared for that.

We loved staying at Liam & Mike’s large private property in the Poconos. It was the perfect retreat for a quiet family weekend away, and we treated it as a staycation. The large windows helped us feel connected with nature even though we remained at home for the majority of the stay, and the living room, dining table, and kitchen all being in connected areas made for an integrated, connected experience throughout. The beds were soft and comfy, and the bathroom (especially the master) was much better than I’ve experienced at most airbnbs! A couple things worth nothing but not major inconveniences: The kitchen was well appointed but there wasn’t sugar as communicated and we had to step out in the rain one morning to buy some even though we planned to stay home that day. We loved using the fire pit, although we had to buy our own fire wood as we couldn’t locate an axe to chop the wood and were recommended to pick some up despite being included in the listing. Overall, had a great stay
