Location to the race track.
House was great
Great location, spacious, well maintained property.
Location was very accessible and central to other parts of the city. Good breweries in the neighborhood as well. Place was spacious and comfortable and the rooftop deck was a cozy hangout spot!

If you’re looking for a great location in a big city like Philly, this is the place for you! It’s close enough to the city and a block or two away from public transportation in and out of the city! There’s a grocery store right there as well as many yummy restaurants! Lots of cheesesteak options within walking distance, including Pat’s and Geno’s. This particular spoils you with its roof top accommodations! Absolutely stunning views of downtown and you can watch airplanes take off and land! 10/10 would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again!
space was in a great location to attend the Flower Show, it was an easy walk. We could walk to restaurants and stores easily. Host responded immediately when we ran into issue with with accessing the unit, he had it resolved within a few minutes

The apartment was extremely spacious and fit our larger group very well. It had great common areas for us to stay in as well and was close to the convention center and restaurants.
