This home is updated from top to bottom but still holds it's historical status in Philadelphia. Philly's character really comes through when staying at this amazing home! Right outside your door is one of the many art installations from Isaiah Zagar, the artist behind the Magic Gardens.

Great spot in Philly with lots to do! Great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars nearby! The place was clean and comfortable and had great AC, which was a great comfort during the heatwave.

We had a great stay overall! The Airbnb is located in a wonderful, walkable neighborhood that’s absolutely beautiful. The house itself is small, charming and historic . Only book this if everybody is able bodied and steady on their feet: the stairs are very, very steep and twisty, and there are thin metal railings attached to parts of the wall that might be hard for some people to grip. Also, bring ear plugs: attic bedroom has no door, and one of the second-floor bedrooms just has a thin accordion door. Supplies provided: conditioner (no shampoos or body wash); salt and pepper; a bag of coffee grounds. Cleanliness: couch could use a professional cleaning, but we put a blanket over it. Bed linens and pillows felt a bit dusty/musty but overall fine.

We loved our stay! Perfect for our family of 4. Great location, we walked everywhere, good restaurants and coffee shops close by. Strong WiFi when one of us ended up needing to work, clean, comfortable beds. Be mindful of the stairs that are very steep if you have mobility issues.

Great space! This home is located in an ideal location and had everything you need for a stay. It is close to a subway line, there are two grocery stores a few blocks away, and plenty of other spots. Every day I found a new coffee or food spot within walking distance. Parking is a bit tricky as it is in the city so utilizing spot hero was clutch. There is a parking garage and other lots close by. One note is the stairs in the home are very steep. We were on high alert with our two small kids. Otherwise it was a very comfortable clean home.
