Brand new construction, this one bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy your time visiting University of Pennsylvania or local attractions. The art and decor are modern and make it feel like home. The. bathroom has a large tub and a lot of clearance around the toilet. This is a great spot for a weekend visit or staying a month or two.
Access
Guest have access to the entire apartment. It is locked with a keypad lock and key to the front door of the building. The place is located on the second floor.

We are readily available to guests but respect their privacy. We provide all necessary information for their stay. We welcome questions and provide recommendations!
Neighborhood
Close to the border of University City and UPENN campus, this Belmont neighborhood apartment has plenty of parking and friendly neighbors who make the neighborhood feel like home. There is endless things to do in this neighborhood with a vibrant restaurant and bar scene.
Transit
Public transportation is readily accessible to get you anywhere in the city. Ride share and taxis are also available for pick up. This apartment is in walking distance to University of Pennsylvania Medical Center.

These are Our Rules and Regulations: These specifics are in place to protect our homeowners and their(our) property. Also, general charges for potential requests (ie. Checkin times) Please note: these fees may be assessed upon inspection and report from our turnover team. They will photograph and send their report to us. We will contact you with any issues. We will not assess fines unless warranted. We will pursue all claims through the proper booking channels if an issue occurs. Our goal is to provide great service and a great experience. These fees are listed to protect us and our homes from vandalism and keeping our neighbors safe. 1. Early Checkin - $40 for up to 2 hours early check-in (4pm) 2. Late Checkout - $40 for up to 2 hours after checkout (10am) 3. No Smoking – Minimum $150 charge for smoking plus any additional charges 4. Extra Trash Fee – Guests are expected to bag their trash properly before leaving. Anything over a 50gal. contractor bag may be assessed a $20 trash removal fee for each contractor bag filled. Pricing is based on off trash removal service. Photo documentation will be provided for extra charges: a. Terms apply for stays of 2 days or less. b. 50 Gal. Contractor bags hold 3-5 kitchen bags. c. Groups of 7+ get a second 50 gal. contractor bag per stay d. Groups of 14+ get 3 50 gal. contractor bag per stay 5. No Unauthorized Guests Allowed – You are not permitted to have guests that are not listed in the reservation. Special situations (ie. Local friend stopping by) need to be communicated with your host. You are responsible for each guest not cleared by the host. $40/person over the reservation amount in the home. 6. No Parties – we do not authorize parties at our home. Noise complaints from neighbors, having unauthorized guests that cause damage or “trashing” the home may result in fines up to $450. 7. Noise Levels - Please be kind and neighborly to the people living around the home. Keep noise levels low at all times and please keep quiet hours of 10pm – 6am

Liam and Mike were responsive. The place was warm before we came in. We stayed for one month, so they thoughtfully provided kitchen towels, soaps, and personal care products… The location is close to the university area, and going to the city center will take 25 minutes by bus or trolley. A couple of things to remember: 1. Two floors of stairs if you have luggage 2. Bedlinen could be cotton (got zapped a lot by static electricity) 3. More pots, cups, and a ladle could be useful 4. Bedroom A/C is not powerful enough, or maybe the wind is coming through the window. This will be worth checking with the host because there are almost 8 degrees between the two rooms. Overall the place was very cozy and quiet. You feel relaxed in this apartment.

The stay was fairly decent. Upon arrival I noticed a few hairs on the pillows along w noticeable marks on the towels and no wash rags were left. Other than that the stay did what we needed it to. Liam was excellent when it came to communication and did his best to rectify the situation.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Even though it’s a bit of a walk from campus, (I’m a Drexel student) I still found my commute to classes safe and easy. Super responsive and friendly host. Extremely lovely living space with all the essential amenities I needed :) Only drawback would be the neighbors can get a bit loud sometimes (often late at night). However, that’s not the fault of the host and it didn’t bother me that much anyway.

Everything was great, no complaints. Check-in was easy, the place was clean, comfortable, and convenient to where I needed to be. I definitely appreciated the powerful AC and strong Wi-Fi. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. I stayed with my almost 2 year old. The house was as described and in the pictures. There was great prompt communication, the microwave didn’t work but they were waiting on maintenance and it didn’t have an impact on our stay at all. The location is perfect right around transportation and a ton of restaurants even close to the touch museum for children. Even with two fights of stairs to go up they are very wide and the hallways were perfect for storing our stroller outside our door. My only con is the front apartment door, my son is an escape artist and even locked once he turned the handle he had access to the hallway, other apartments and stairs. Maybe another lock for families with children could be added to the top of the door when inside? I would def stay again, we had an amazing time.
