This rental consists of two separate apartments in the same building. You walk into the front door to find Unit 1 which is the two bedroom with a pool table and full kitchen. You take one flight of steps up to find Unit 2 which consists of 3 bedrooms and full living/dining area.

We are available to guests when needed. We provide all the information to access and use the home. We provide contact information in the checkin instructions in case of emergencies.

Blessings to CityStaze & Mike for such an amazing BNB experience! Our restaurant team ventured from NYC to Philly for the annual Roots Festival & found a home away from home within the space. Mike was kind, accommodating & easy to connect with during our stay. Giving this space 5 stars was a no-brainer; the units were spotless as described and there are a bunch of restaurants + bars just a few minutes away (by car).
